DU Yoga Society Yoga Society provides affordable asana and pranayama classes taught by qualified yoga teachers. Our teachers offer diverse styles of asana practice such as Hatha, Iyengar, and Vinyasa. We also run workshops and events throughout the year, commonly on Acroyoga, inversions, and arm-balancing. Our yoga classes are the perfect addition to your weekly workout routine, whether looking to build strength, flexibility, or simply destress. All levels are welcome. We strongly advise purchasing your own yoga mat for the year; however, we can provide long term rentals for those in need of a mat.
