The CSC Executive (the Exec) are the elected students responsible for managing the CSC day-to-day, consisting of the Officers and the Executive Members. The Exec is responsible for recognizing University Societies, allocating grants, approving amenities purchases, ratifying society constitution amendments, organizing the Freshers' Fair, and advising societies.
Hey everyone! My name is Conchúr (he/him), and I’m thrilled to be the first Sabbatical Chairperson for the CSC. I recently graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Before that, I held various roles, including Treasurer of Modern Languages, Tech Officer of SciSoc, and a member of the CSC Executive. If you have any general queries or if any issues arise during the day-to-day running of your society, feel free to drop by our offices in Teach 6 during my office hours. My name is Henry (he/him/his), and I’m this year’s Treasurer for the CSC. I’m a fourth year Film Studies student, and I’ve served on various society committees including DUPA, Film Soc, and TFM. A fun fact about me is that I am a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor. Hi everyone! My name is Berenice (she/her), and I’m this year’s Secretary for the CSC. I’m a final year Philosophy student. I’ve been the Treasurer of the Filipino Society and an Executive member for the CSC for the past year. If you’re looking to tweak your society’s constitution or run your General Meetings, or start a society, I’m your person. My name is Faolán (he/him), and I'm your amenities officer. I overlook all society rooms and storage spaces. I'm a 1st year PhD reseacher in Peatlands and BioEconomics with the School of Natural Sciences. I studied Geoscience and Environmental Sciences here at Trinity for the past 5 years. I've been on committee for Joly Soc and Hiking Soc, and I founded the Neurodiversity Society (DUNeS) in 2021. I also work with the disAbility Hub, and helped create the TCD Sense Map. I'm very passionate about creating core spaces for students to feel at home here on campus.
