Voluntary Tuition Programme (VTP)

Voluntary Tuition Programme (VTP). The VTP is a partnership between Trinity College and St. Andrew's Resource Centre. Our aim is to promote education as an enjoyable learning experience for children and young people regardless of their socio-economic background. Each year, we match Trinity students, graduates, and staff as voluntary tutors and activity leaders with children and young people attending local schools. This year, we will be holding hour-long Zoom grinds for secondary school students. Two tutors will be allocated to four students for small-group style grinds. We also hope to return to in-person grinds in Goldsmith Hall if this becomes possible during the year. It’s a great opportunity to give back to the community around Trinity and to meet new people!
