The Physics Society (DU Physoc) provides a space for those interested in physics to meet and get to know other like-minded people at a variety of physics-related events. We organise social events, both in person and online, such as quiz nights, telescope tours, Halloween and Christmas parties and trips. Every second week we hold talks by well-known physicists, and we also run informal lunchtime talks, beginner tutorials in Latex and a careers fair.
