Freshers’ Fair will take place on Tuesday September 16th, Wednesday September 17th, and Friday September 19th. Access for societies will open at 09:00 each day to allow for set-up, with the Fair beginning for students at 10:00. The Fair will conclude at 15:00 each day.
The Head of Fire Safety and the Head of College Security will carry out safety and security checks in Front Square throughout the week. Any club, society, publication, or group found to be in breach of the regulations will be required to remove its stand. Repeated breaches of the Senior Dean’s regulations may result in disciplinary action by the Senior Dean, who may also direct the SU, CSC, TSU or Publications, as appropriate, to implement disciplinary measures under their respective constitutions.
