CSC Annual General Meeting - Central Societies Committee

The CSC AGM will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, 27th March 2025, in the Thomas Davis Theatre, Arts Building.

Nominations for Executive Member position must be signed by the treasurers of two fully recognised societies and emailed to secretary@csc.tcd.ie before 6 p.m. on Thursday, 20th March 2025.

At this time of year, many of you will be holding your AGMs and electing new officers. It is very important to update the CSC’s records as soon as possible with the results of your AGM, as only the Treasurer on record with CSC will have voting rights at the AGM. If your society has held their AGM please update your society’s details as soon as possible via the Society Officer Update Form.

If as a Treasurer, you cannot attend the AGM, you may proxy your vote to another member of your committee. To do this, please complete and email the attached proxy form to secretary@csc.tcd.ie at least 24 hours before the meeting.
