Yoga Society provides affordable asana and pranayama classes taught by qualified yoga teachers. Our teachers offer diverse styles of asana practice such as Hatha, Iyengar, and Vinyasa. As well, we run workshops throughout the year commonly on Acroyoga, inversions, and arm-balancing. Our yoga classes are the perfect addition to your weekly workout routine, whether looking to build strength, flexibility, or simply destress. All levels are welcome. We strongly advise purchasing your own yoga mat for the year, however we can provide free long term rentals for those in need (with a deposit).
